1.1 By continuing to use this website, you agree that:
2.1. Premium is our paid product which unlocks various additional features and allowances within the product as described in the pricing section. It is not required in order to make use of the site, you can use the site within the free tier for as long as you like.
2.2. You may purchase a subscription to our Premium level of membership, by visiting the Workspace settings page and paying through our website. Your subscription starts immediately after the first payment and will be automatically rebilled via your payment method at the same price every subscription period until you cancel.
2.3. You can manage your subscription through Stripe, our payment partner. Via Stripe you can see your past invoices, upcoming payment date and amounts; change your billing /payment details and other administration functions. You can get to Stripe through the Workspace settings page in your account once signed-in to our website.
2.4. You may cancel your subscription at any time through Stripe. Upon cancelling no more payments will be taken and your Premium access will expire at the end of your current period (up to 30 days in future). No refunds or credits are available for partial subscription periods.
2.5. Once your last period ends your access will revert back to the free access levels and all the limits will re-apply. No data will be lost from your account, and you'll still be able to access all the data you've collected up to that point.
2.6. We reserve the right to change the price of Premium subscription from time to time. Once signed up, you will pay the same price for the lifetime of that subscription. If you cancel and later re-activate your Premium subscription, you will do so at the current price listed on the website.
2.7. You agree that in the event we are unable to collect any subscription payment, we reserve the right to suspend your account or any of our services until we receive payment of all fees due.
3.1. We will collect and store your email address in order to create an account so you can use the website. We store all personal details in full compliance with GDPR.
3.2. Anonymous details about your browsing are aggregated and recorded so we can see in general how people use the website, but nothing ties back to you personally.
4.1. From time to time we'll send email that counts as marketing - perhaps offering a promotional discount, or information to help you with the product. This is to support our legitimate interest in making sure we're offering a good service to customers and that you're able to make full use of the product.
4.2. If you don't want to receive these emails anymore, you can opt-out at any time via the unsubscribe link in every email.
5.1. We use cookies in order to support user logins.
5.2. We use Google Analytics, which may save cookies onto your computer. Please refer to Google's own cookie policy.
